Orange Beach- Be on the look out for a BIG YELLOW Traveling BUS today at the Orange Beach Publix from 10am to 6pm. The USDA Food Safety Discovery Zone has tons of cool activities for kids……..PLUS parents get AWESOME PUBLIX coupons and other freebies!
Mobile- Check out the Mobile Theatre Guild‘s Improv Comedy Underground this Saturday night at 7:30! Admission is just $5! Can’t beat that for a Saturday night of entertainment.
Gulfport- Tonight is the last Friday night of the month, so why not take a quick drive over to Gulfport for FREE FRIDAY (5pm to 8pm) at the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center! This weekend you can also be treated to a gaggle of gabbling geese, a pack of alley cats, and a greedy butler in the Disney’s Aristocats Kids show!
Fairhope- A Community Day Event Saturday from 10am – 3 pm at the Fairhope Public Library. Learn simple, but important, steps to take to prepare for storm and storm-related emergencies. Demonstrations happening throughout the event! At 1pm, Dr Bill Williams, director of the USA Coas…tal Weather Research Center, will present Hurricanes Past, Present and Future.
Fairhope- Downtown Fairhope Walking Tour—Saturday, meet at the Welcome Center. The tour will be lead by Donnie Barrett, Fairhope Museum of History Director. All tours will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will last approximately 45 minutes. All are welcome and the tours are free of charge. For additional information call 929-1466.

Lowe’s Build & Grow Clinic will be this Saturday June 12th and the kids will be making picture frames! This is such a cute clinic, the kids get an apron & goggles plus their project to take home.

The AL Bureau of Tourism and Travel is sponsoring a free guided tour in downtown Fairhope on Saturday June 12 at 10am. Participants meet at the Colonly Cemetery for the approximate 45 minute tour led by Danny Barrett (Fairhope History Museum Director). The cemetery is located at the corner of Oak Avenue and North Se…ction Street. Different tours will be held each Saturday in June-stay tuned for more information.
North Baldwin Chamber of Commmerce has TWO events this Saturday, June 12 the Blueberries and Bluegrass Festival at Halliday Park in Bay Minette from 9am-7pm –FREE ADMISSION! Then from 5pm-9pm, a Bluegrass Concert and Crawfish Boil at the Chamber Building. Tickets are $20 for adults, Kids 6-12 $10 each, 6 & under f…ree. The fee includes crawfish, sausage, corn & potatoes PLUS beer or soda!
The Haven will host their monthly adoption event with lots of cute puppies, kittens, cats and dogs from over four animal control shelters in Baldwin County at Petsmart located in Malbis June 12th at 11am. They will have FREE pet training DVDs (while supplies last), FREE Maddies Fund Activity Books for the kids, and FREE low-cost spay neuter information.
