I took your couponing class at Genesis in Foley. I really couldn’t understand why you didn’t like Walmart until I went to the Gulf Shores location. A lady in front of me couldn’t use her coupon and she wanted to know why. She had printed it out. The cashier said “it wouldn’t go through-the ink is too light” . The lady asked to speak to a manager. We waited and the cashier wanted to finish and said, “this counts against me if I wait, I’m going to finish this out.” The lady said, “no-I’d like to wait and get this resolved”. The manager (Dan) arrived and said, “it won’t accept a reproduction”. The lady said, “it isn’t a reproduction-I printed it off my computer”. Dan, the manager said, “Well, I don’t know what the problem is, maybe it is our site and the Web-I can’t take your coupon”. The lady said, “Fine, I’ll get it at Publix, please take it off my bill.”
I got up there and they cashier begins to ring up my bill and then simply puts the paper plate coupon in front of me without explanation. When I asked her what the problem was, she replied, “I don’t know, maybe quantity or something”. I asked her how this could be since I had the quantity that the coupon stated, and she replied, “I don’t know, it won’t take it”. I knew the manager Dan would be of no help…..Wow! Needless to say, I won’t be back and they probably could care less….

@chels I know what you mean, its hard to find good help these days. People now days just don’t have the work ethic they used to have. I mean consider whoever wrote this post, they must have been working hard to write that good and it took a good bit of their time I am sure. I work with people who couldn’t write like this if they tried, and getting them to try is hard enough as it is.
