HELP! My Catalina Coupon Didn’t Print!
Here you are standing in Walgreens purchasing your product to get the Register Rewards that make it FREE…
BUT
Your Register Rewards don’t print. What now?
Here are a few steps to go through to recoup the Catalina machine coupons that might not print. Not only does this apply for Walgreens but any store that has a Catalina machine that spits out coupons or ad savings like Winn Dixie or the newest store to offer them, Target.
- Is the GREEN light blinking? Always make sure that the machine is working properly or ask the cashier to check the machine if your Catalina coupon did not print. The light means the machine is “ON”.
- Check your receipt. Make sure you purchased the right products to get your Catalina coupons and that your size and quantity are correct.
- Ask a Manager. Ask to speak to the manager on duty and explain your situation. Show him where in the ad it states you get a Catalina coupon and show him your receipt. Then ask him to force through the Catalina coupon (which most stores “should” be able to do) or give you a store credit.
- When all else fails… Contact Catalina. Catalina is a company and you can call or email them when you are having trouble with the machine spitting out your coupon. Go ahead and save this number in your telephone 1-888-8COUPON or email them at nscs@catalinamarketing.com.
Here is the information they will need: Your name, store you are having the issue at and address, the date you were shopping and what it was you should have received. You may be asked to provide your cash register tape or information from it.
