My sister receives them in the mail regularly. I received a call from Publix and the girl told me there was no place to register to receive coupons mailed to you from Publix. She said it had to do with just having moved to the area. The postal service has a listing of new residents and that is the list that is sent the coupons. She went on to say that Publix would honor a competitors coupon for a gift card. I didn't ask her name but thought I would pass the info along.
