Natures Bounty $2 Coupon

As you all know, I have been trying to focus on the blog a little more of a healthier lifestyle. It is so easy to get caught up in a “good deal” that the calorie count or how healthy that product is seems to slip your mind! I have made it my personal pledge to try and get fit for Summer and feed my family healthier options on my frugal budget. I have been doing a lot of behind the scenes work so look soon for more & more healthy tips, tricks, and products to be featured.

One of the keys to staying healthy is taking your vitamins. Before I go into a tip I was told by one of our class attendees last weekend, let me say that when taking vitamins together you should still consult your doctor or at least their nurse especially if you are taking other medications. I am not a doctor and the internet is not a doctor so be sure to consult them before you make any decision on vitamins to take. ;)

Natures Bounty is one of the most popular vitamin sources out there. when teaching our class last week an attendee brought up that they have a rewards program online where you can print coupons and type in your UPC codes to earn HIGH value coupons. I looked it up and she was correct. In fact, just for signing up with the rewards you get a $2 coupon! If vitamins go on sale, this could score you some pretty cheap vitamins.

The other thing I found while scanning the Natures Bounty site I found lists of vitamins and supplements and what they are actually for. They have a weight loss section, a sports and fitness section, and a WHOLE index of all of their vitamins that tells you what they are for and what they help.
