I am SO excited about this next giveaway. If you are a Fan of EasternShoreMom on Facebook, you probably hear me longing for and bragging about Cake Bites by Melanie. Seriously y’all- these are my new favorite obsession. I am hoping my husband is reading this and taking the hint.. if you want to surprise me, please make it Cake Bites! I recently came upon a saying that I am adopting as my new motto (well, until my new diet kicks in) “Desserts are Stressed spelled backwards…” LOVE IT!

Here is a little info about Cake Bites by Melanie:

Cake Bites by Melanie began in October 2009. I work on each order with great care knowing that it will be shared with friends and family. You can’t just eat one! My hope is that you’ll try them, love them, and pass on the word to others about Cake Bites by Melanie! Your business & support is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Basic Cake Bite prices
$15 per dozen
One-two dozen–choice of one flavor
Three or more dozen–choice of two flavors

Specialty and Seasonal Cake Bite prices
$18 per dozen
*Cake bites can also be packaged individually for favors at an additional charge.*

Cake Pop prices
$20 per dozen
Cake pops are wrapped individually.
**Cake pops can be made into cake pop arrangements in a decorative container at an additional charge.**

Because your cake bites/pops are made just for you when you order, I need 48 hour notice on orders. Orders over 6 dozen require 72 hours notice. Discounts offered for bulk orders.

Specialty cake bites

• Birthday cake–confetti cake mixed with buttercream frosting, dipped in chocolate and topped with brightly colored sprinkles
• Wedding cake–italian cream cake with coconut mixed with cream cheese frosting, dipped in white chocolate and topped with chopped walnuts
• Chocolate toffee– french vanilla cake with toffee pieces mixed with vanilla frosting, and dipped in milk chocolate coating and topped with more toffee!
• Brownie–rich chocolate brownies with chocolate chips are blended with chocolate frosting, dipped in chocolate and topped with chopped pecans. (can omit nuts if requested)
• Candy cake–chocolate cake blended with chocolate frosting, dipped in a peanut butter candy coating and topped with chopped peanut butter cups (you an substitute with chocolate coating and chopped candy of your choice)
• Oreo–crushed oreos blended with cream cheese, dipped in a milk chocolate coating and drizzled with chocolate.

Seasonal cake bites

• Strawberry–Strawberry cake blended with a delicious vanilla icing, dipped in milk chocolate coating and drizzled with white chocolate. Beautiful on the inside & out!
• Lemon–Lemon cake blended with a lemon icing, dipped in vanilla candy coating and drizzled with yellow (vanilla flavored) candy coating. Perfect for spring (and one of my favorite flavors!!)

Basic cake bites

• Chocolate lovers–chocolate fudge cake blended with chocolate frosting, dipped in a milk chocolate coating and topped with drizzled chocolate or mini chocolate chips.
• Red velvet cake–blended with cream cheese frosting, dipped in white chocolate coating and drizzled with chocolate.
• Spice cake–blended with cream cheese frosting, dipped in white chocolate coating then drizzled with chocolate.
• French vanilla cake–blended with vanilla frosting, dipped in milk chocolate coating then drizzled with white chocolate.
• Yellow/Butter cake–blended with buttercream frosting, dipped in milk chocolate coating then drizzled with chocolate.

For any of the basic cake bites, you can substitute sprinkles for the drizzled chocolate topping. I have a large variety of seasonal sprinkles and colored sprinkling sugars. You can also choose a color for the drizzled topping–I can drizzle the cake bites in red, green, dark blue, light blue, orange, yellow, or purple, or pink candy coating–these are all vanilla flavored. (I can special order other colors, just ask!) You can also substitute dark chocolate candy coating if you prefer.
