I am not nearly as organized, but I have a classic 3-ring binder that I use for couponing. I put a pack of plastic sheet protectors in it, along with a pack of dividers. I made different sections, such as baby, food, bath, cleaning, household, pet...etc. In each divided section, I have plastic sheet protectors that i slip my clipped coupons in, each labeled, such as, in the baby section I have a sheet protector labeled diapers and wipes, one for toys, one for food/formula, etc. This makes it so easy to carry in to the store just in case I see a deal I need a coupon for- I will have it with me and all I have to do is find the tab for that section and flip right to it. It's very simple and inexpensive. It's easy to carry around. I usually cluip 2 copies of each coupon for the binder, and a leave the rest at home, unclipped. Works great for me!

I found a plastic 8 pocket spiral "notebook" at WalMart for $4.88. It is not a 3-ring binder, but one of those white spine ones. Anyway, there are heavy clear plastic "pages" with 2 pockets on each side...and 2 pockets on the front and back inside covers.

Each page side has a deep pocket where I slip my ad and list for each store; the 2nd pocket has an envelope flap and it is half as deep as the page, this is where the coupons I need for that trip to that store go and the flap folds over and into a slot to keep it shut!

I keep extra Publix grocery list cards, looseleaf, and misc. supplies in the front and back inside pocket covers.

This notebook goes with me when I leave the house...and into the store! It has been a lifesaver, it's my coupon buddy!
